1. Non-Custodial Architecture & Wallet Data

JW3.ai is a non-custodial trading terminal and portfolio workstation. We do not generate, access, transmit, or store your wallet private keys, seed phrases, or master passwords. Wallet connectivity is established through client-side adapters (Reown AppKit for EVM, Solana, TON, TRON, and Bitcoin).

When you connect a public wallet address, that address is used locally and via our read-only APIs solely to query public on-chain balances, positions, and transaction histories across supported blockchains. All on-chain transactions (swaps, transfers, perps approvals) require your direct, explicit signature in your personal wallet.

2. Centralized Exchange (CEX) API Credentials

If you choose to link centralized exchange accounts (such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, Coinbase, or Kraken) to monitor balances or execute automated bot strategies:

• API keys, secrets, and passphrases are encrypted at rest using industry-standard envelope encryption.
• Encrypted secret columns are protected by strict row-level security and database privileges, inaccessible via public browser sessions.
• By default, exchange connections are scoped to read-only permissions. Trading execution permissions are only enabled upon your explicit configuration.
• You may delete any exchange connection at any time, which permanently removes the stored encrypted credentials from our databases.

3. Local Storage & Cookies

JW3.ai uses browser local storage strictly for essential application functions and user preferences:

• Theme preferences (light/dark mode).
• Language selection and interface direction.
• Trading mode preferences (demo/paper vs live).
• Session persistence and cookie consent preferences.

We do not sell your personal data or deploy third-party advertising tracking pixels.

4. Analytics & Telemetry

We collect aggregate, privacy-preserving telemetry (such as page visits, feature utilization, and error diagnostics) to maintain platform stability and improve user experience. These metrics do not correlate trading positions or wallet balances with identifiable personal data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You maintain control over your account data. You may disconnect wallets, revoke permissions, and delete linked API keys directly within the Settings and Exchanges interfaces. To request full account deletion or data removal, contact our security team at privacy@jw3.ai.
